NOTICE TO EXTERNAL INDIVIDUALS PURSUANT TO THE THIRD PARAGRAPH OF ARTICLE 76 OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 163/2022, ZVOP-2) REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN THE AREA, PREMISES, AND FACILITIES OF THE Rogaška Slatina Public Institute for Tourism and Culture JZ, at the location of the tower Kristal Rogaška Slatina. Rogaška Slatina Public Institute for Tourism and Culture JZ, conducts video surveillance for the purpose of protecting people and property based on the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 163/2022, ZVOP-2).

Rogaška Slatina Public Institute for Tourism and Culture JZ, processes the obtained data in cases of abuse, fraud, criminal acts, and other actions that threaten the safety of people and property.


Video surveillance may also be conducted in such a way as to monitor events in real-time. The surveillance using the video surveillance system can be monitored by an authorized person on a computer screen (live monitoring).


No further processing of the video surveillance recordings is conducted.

Individuals are informed about the live monitoring through a notice posted at the location. The Public Institution for Tourism and Culture Rogaška Slatina may retain video surveillance recordings for up to 12 months from their creation.
